Ways to work with me

Individual Therapy
During the intake process, we will discuss your concerns and specific behavior change goals in order to create a customized treatment plan. Short-term solution-focused therapy typically ranges from 12-16 weeks (once weekly). Session rates are: $400 for intake session (60 min), $350 for regular sessions (45 min). Sliding scale rates may be available.

OCD Therapy Group
This group meets virtually on Wednesdays at 1-2pm. This is a judgment-free space for members to learn and discuss ERP skills as well as heal from the stigma and shame of living with OCD. This group runs on an ongoing weekly basis. Open to new enrollees at any time. $80 per session. A phone screening is required prior to joining. Schedule your call below.
