About Me
Hey there, I’m Angela —
a therapist, consultant, and advocate for mental wellness in both personal and professional spaces. I specialize in treating OCD using exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, and often work with individuals stuck in patterns of perfectionism, self-doubt, and relentless inner pressure.
I bring a direct, honest style to therapy—clients often tell me they appreciate that I don’t just nod and listen. I aim to make every session practical and focused, offering concrete takeaways that can be applied in real life.
As a self-proclaimed recovered type-A perfectionist, I know what it’s like to strive for control and certainty. I also know the freedom that comes with letting go of impossible standards. My work is grounded in evidence-based care, but I always leave room for humor, flexibility, and the beautifully imperfect parts of being human.
Beyond therapy, I bring my expertise into workplaces by leading workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements focused on corporate wellness, stress management, and fostering a healthy workplace culture. My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of how mental well-being impacts performance, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.
Whether you're looking for therapy or seeking guidance on workplace wellness, I’m here to help you create meaningful, sustainable change.
