About Me

Hi there, I’m Angela Kerrigan,

your go-to ally in conquering anxiety and OCD. With a solution-focused approach, I help you cut through the noise to reclaim control and find your peace. When you work with me, you’ll have a better understanding behind the why of your symptoms as well as the how behind reaching your goals toward change.

I received my clinical training at Bellevue Hospital, Lenox Hill Hospital, and in private psychotherapy practice setting. Working with a wide range of folks from all walks of life in various settings has led me to truly understand that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. My therapy practice is informed by a social justice lens, exploring the unique implications of gender, cultural, and racial identities, while relying on science-backed interventions for successful outcomes.
