Ways to work with me

  • Individual Therapy

    During the intake process, we will discuss your concerns and specific behavior change goals in order to create a customized treatment plan. Therapy sessions are usually once weekly, and 12-16 sessions is the typical recommendation for individuals looking to do short-term Habit Reversal Training (HRT).

  • OCD Therapy Group

    Meets virtually on Wednesdays at 1-2pm ET. This is a judgment-free space for members to heal from the stigma and shame of living with obsessive and/or compulsive symptoms. This group runs on an ongoing weekly basis. Open to new enrollees at any time. $80 per session. Must be residing in NY or TX. A phone screening is required prior to joining.
